	Basement Renovation, Muirend JSB was proud to be part of this basement project. This project was carried out to client spec and lots of down taking and total refurbishment was carried out on both floors of this lovely property.
	Single Storey Extensions, Springboig New single Storey extension with new facing brick to match existing brick work. 3 roof lights where included to provide more light into lounge area of extension.
	Single Storey Extensions, Newlands Single Storey extension built to accommodate new dining area and 35 meters squared lounge area finished in a high standard. A basement storage area was included to clients requirements.
	Single Storey Extensions, Scotston New single Storey extension with glass conservatory room.
	New Garage, Newlands This new garage was built and a storage area with 4 conservation Velux windows where installed to the roof area.
	Two Storey Extensions, Eaglesham Two Storey extension with new lounge area with study at lower level. A new bedroom on the upper level with on suite facilities was installed with stylish electric roof light also installed as requested by client.
	New Bathroom, Castlemilk This newly installed bathroom suite was picked by the client from one of our many supplier brochures. We advised on a modern porcelain tile for this bathroom which we think has a good contrast, stands out and and looks great.
	Single Storey Extensions, Newlands JSB fully project managed this top of the range single Storey extension with roof light and stainless steel roof complete with Box guttering. At curved roof a new lounge and new utility area was added to the property as specified by the client. Project designed by Davis Duncan Architects
	Bespoke Fitted Kitchen, East Kilbride JSB took down an existing wall and fitted a steel support beam to open up the room. This exclusive kitchen was supplied and fitted with workmanship to an extremely high standard . The whole project was planned to suite the clients requirements for their family home.
